We take the whole producing process per international quality standard ISO 9001:2000. Every producing process is supervised by our Quality Testing Department.
*Inspection policy
We take quality as the most valuable wealth for our enterprise and regard as the life of factory. To guarantee the quality of our products ,we take the following measures:
1. A strict QC management system has been set up.
2. All the staff are comprehensively trained before they have qualification to their position.
3. Test raw materials.
4. All the product parts and finished products are supervised by our Quality Testing Department per international quality standards ISO 9001:2000.
5. Sampling test items on every aspects such as high/low pressure test,drop test,high/low temperature test, nail shooting test,leakage test,etc.
6. Examine product quality strictly before every shipment.
